FXCC is scammer - 11 months no withdrawal
FXCC broker did not process my withdrawal request for more than 11 months (withdraw initiated in SEP2020). The amount is 38718 USD. I have tried to contact them many times but they do not reply to my emails or messages in the past 6 months. I strongly believe they do some fraud or scam business. They transferred my agreement and my account in HIDDEN WAY (without my permission) to Vanuatu Island. They do not have an active licence in Vanuatu to give forex services (licence expired in 2018). They try to escape from Cyprus laws and regulations and take their customers money.

They are trying to stealing my money
They are trying to stealing my money, beaware traders. At the time of withdrawal they ask for selfie in name of random security check, I gave them my selfie, they are again asking for another selfie. I denied it and told them to giving back my initial money, but they are denying it. They easily verify your accounts but end of the day they will harass you in name security check. It been 3 weeks since they stuck my withdrawal! They started doing this since the IB who refused to work with you cause he told me that you guys cheated with him!

Unreliable and Unethical Practices - Beware!
I had a very disappointing experience with FXCC. Recently, they removed a $2,000 credit from my account without any prior notification, which triggered a margin call. To make matters worse, the margin call occurred less than 2 hours after the credit was removed, leaving me no time to react. Had I been informed, I would have funded my account to avoid this drawdown. This kind of behavior feels unethical and seems designed to make customers lose their money. I strongly advise potential users to be cautious.

Do not follow their own withdrawal policy
Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet and ran into troubles. Their withdrawal policy states 'Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received.' I have funded my account from a crypto wallet ($10K) and a bank card ($10K). I attempted to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet as I needed the crypto funds urgently, and was told 'as per our withdrawal policy all refunds must go to your card first.' When I contacted customer service and told them this is not what their withdrawal policy states I was ignored. This is an obvious breach of their own displayed withdrawal policy.

FXCC is a SCAMMER!! I complaint to their REGULATOR
I opened an account two weeks ago and they say that they giving me 100% bonus which is absolutely a lie. I had 580 Pound in my account plus 320 pound bonus so I had four position on gold and it went down for 440 pounds and they closed all of my position without my permission and they took the bonus out of my account straight away. They were charging me commission and 9 pounds swap every night plus something called charges??? I made a complaint to their regulator called CySEC Cyprus securities and exchange.

crypto scammers
I sent them money through crypto wallet and they said after they receive it the wallet is not for them. If you want them to scam you by sending money to crypto wallet and they will say it is not their wallet and you just copy paste the crypto wallet from their website. They have many other wallets because every time someone want to pay they will give him/her different wallet. Be careful and don't lose your money with this scammers.

FXCC IS A SCAMMER SITE!!!!!!!!! They will steal your money and never get back to you please people do not open a account on this site they scammed me my money!!! They claim they have a licence but they do not have a licence at all its a scam business they do!!
